Here is a nice idea I always wanted to share that I got from a book by Joseph Telushkin. Every time an ambulance passes by you say a perek of tehilim. Imagine if chas vshalom you were in an ambulance but you knew that there were people out there who heard the siren and were saying Tehilim for you? Share the idea- you have no idea what it can end up causing!
